UCC and Statutory Liens

The New Hampshire Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) registry serves the commercial lending and banking community by acting as a repository for filed documents which perfect security interests in certain personal property used as collateral for loans.  These filings help a secured creditor establish priority claims on assets in the event of debtor bankruptcy, insolvency, or default.  In addition to UCC Financing Statements, Notices of Federal Tax Liens, State Tax Liens, Aircraft Registration Liens, and Writs of Attachment are also filed in our index.
