The Governor and Executive Council, at their meeting held on January 18, 2023, approved the Precept to hold a SPECIAL ELECTION for State Representative from Hillsborough County District 3 (Nashua Ward 4).
Filing Period: January 23 - 27, 2023. Candidates may file with the City clerk of Nashua on Monday January 23rd or Tuesday January 24th ONLY during normal business hours OR candidates may file with the Secretary of State on any day Monday - Friday.
Primary Election: March 28, 2023
Special Election: May 16, 2023
