Public Notice of Late Reinstatements
Domestic corporations and limited liability companies that have been Administratively Dissolved for more than three (3) years may apply for reinstatement. Notices for Late Reinstatement are published here for the benefit of interested parties, and remain posted for a minimum of seven (7) days on the Secretary of State's website. See N.H.
