Information on filing a claim with the Board of Claims
The Board of Claims meets quarterly to hear claims against state agencies (RSA 541-B). The board is administratively attached to the Secretary of State’s Office. Individuals who have a claim against the state or need to obtain the appropriate forms should reach out to the Secretary of State at BoardofClaims@sos.nh.gov or (603) 271-3242.
