Campaign Finance

Under RSA 664, all political committees as well as state and county candidate committees in NH must register with the Secretary of State using either our Online Campaign Finance System or by returning the appropriate registration forms to our office.

Candidates with campaign expenditures exceeding $1,000 must also register their campaign account with the Secretary of State using either our Online Campaign Finance System or by returning the appropriate registration forms to our office.

Registering a Candidate or Committee

To register a NEW candidate or committee for campaign reporting services, use our Online Campaign Finance System or complete and return the 2024 Political Committee Registration Form to our Office. 

You can also use the Online Campaign Finance System to find all information filed by candidates, political committees, and candidate committees.
