Acceptance Inactive – Annual Report, reinstatement, re-qualification or agent change filed, but inactive because of protested check.
Active – Trade Name or entity that does not file reports.
Administrative Dissolution – Dissolution by Secretary of State for failure to file reports and/or fees and/or failure to maintain a registered agent.
Administrative Dissolution LLP-CC-NP – Dissolution by Secretary of State of Limited Liability Partnerships, Consumer Co-ops and Non Profits for failure to file reports and/or fees.
Administrative Suspension – Suspension by Secretary of State for failure to file reports and/or fees and/or failure to maintain a registered agent.
Consolidated Inactive – Entity that has consolidated into another entity.
Converted – Foreign entity that has converted into a different type of entity not registered with NH Secretary of State.
Creation Inactive – Creation document or Trade Name Renewal filed, but inactive because of protested check.
Dissolved – Corporation that has filed Articles of Dissolution or was Administratively Dissolved prior to 12/2004.
Forfeited – Trade Name that expired prior to 12/2004.
Good Standing – Entity that has filed all reports and fees.
Inactive – Dissolved or expired entity that is not required to file reports and/or fees and Trade Name that has expired.
Merged – Entity that has merged into other entity.
Non-Qualified – Out of state (foreign) entity not registered with NH Secretary of State involved in a merger with an entity(s) that is registered with the NH Secretary of State.
Not in Good Standing – Entity that owes reports and/or fees and/or agent has resigned.
Reserved Name – Business name reserved (held) for 120 days.
Transaction Inactive – Amendments filed, copies, or certificates issued, but inactive because of protested check.
Withdrawn – Foreign entity that has filed application for withdrawal from NH.
Withdrawn by Merger – Foreign entity that has merged into another entity.
