SPECIAL ELECTION

At their meeting held October 21, 2009, the Governor and Executive Council approved a special election for State Representative in Rockingham County District 8 (Hampstead, Kingston, Plaistow) .

Filing Period: October 26 - November 2.  Candidates may file with their town clerks on October 26 or October 27 OR they may file with the Secretary of State's Office from October 26 through 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2nd.

Primary Election: December 8, 2009

Special Election: January 12, 2010
