The Supreme Court has opened the filing period for state senate and state
representative candidates in those districts that have been on hold.
The filing period will begin on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 and end on July
9, 2004.
State Senate candidates in Districts 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 file with
the Secretary of State.
State Representatives in the towns listed below ONLY, file with the
town/city clerks.
- The Clerks must be available between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on July
9th.
- For those towns NOT
listed above, the filing period is OVER.
- The filing period for
Delegate to the Republican State Convention is OVER.
