Effective Sept 1, 2005, we will no longer invoice for fax service. Fax requests for certificates/copies will only be processed for customers who utilize an ACH e-account or who pay for the service at the time it is rendered. (Non-expedited certified copies requested via mail will continue to be invoiced.) If you frequently utilize the fax service and wish to open an ACH e-account you may contact our Accounting Dept. at 271-3242 for an ACH Authorization Form or click on this link (ACH FORM) to download one now.
