Annual Report Online Filing Information
The New Hampshire
Secretary of State, Corporation Division is pleased to offer
Online Filing of Annual Reports. The on-line system will allow
you to file your annual reports and pay the related fees 24 hours a day,
7 days per week without ever leaving your home or office.
All for-profit
Corporations and Limited Liability Companies both domestic and foreign
may file their current calendar year annual report and pay the related
fees online. If in arrears, the prior calendar year annual report and
fees due will be presented first. Also, non-profit corporations may
file the five year reports during the filing year.
Master Card and
Visa are the only methods of payment accepted for online filing of the
annual report.
Annual Report
Online Filing is an easy to follow step-by-step process. You will need
to start with your Business ID. The notice you received in the mail
lists the Business ID number of your entity. You may also locate your
Business ID # through the Business Name Lookup tool on our website.
Each step will indicate with a red asterisk the required information.
Simply complete all required information in each step, and click next
to move on to the next step. At the end of the filing process you will
be prompted to enter your credit card information. Once you submit your
filing and your payment information has been approved by Verisign (our
credit card authorization company), you may display and print for your
records a paid invoice indicating your filing was sent and paid. You may
also view and print a copy of the Annual Report just submitted. Should
you need to view your filing at a later date, it will be available
online from the Corporate Business Name Lookup tool within a few
minutes.
Please remember
that when “signing” your online Annual Report, the signature of an
officer or director/manager or member must be entered exactly as it was
entered in the corresponding section during your online filing session.
However, if the party signing the Annual report is authorized to sign on
behalf of the entity, but is not an Officer or Director/Member or
Manager (i.e., an attorney or accountant), the signature does not need
to appear under either of the above sections.
By filing your
annual report online, next year’s annual report filing will be made
simpler: Your next year’s annual report will be pre-populated with the
information you completed online this year. You will then have the
choice to edit, add, delete or file without changes.
You may not change
the Registered Agent/Office online; it may be changed ONLY
by submitting the appropriate form and fee to our office. To assist you,
we have provided a link on the on-line filing screen to download the
appropriate form.
If you have any questions, please contact our office by e-mail at annualreports@SOS.State.NH.US.
THANK YOU FOR FILING ONLINE!
