members present.
2. Authorize the Public Session
minutes of August 1, 2011.
3. Recess to meet with Counsel.
4. 9:45 Hearing – In the Matter of Robert
W. Lopez.
5. Authorize the application of John
M. Hamlin for an auctioneer’s license.
6. Authorize the application of Cody
S. Lowderman for an auctioneer’s license.
7. Authorize the application of Monte
W. Lowderman for an auctioneer’s license.
8. Authorize the application of Scott
R. Mihalic for an auctioneer’s license.
9. Authorize the application of Joseph
M. Mast for an auctioneer’s license.
10. Authorize the application of Timothy
Pfister for an auctioneer’s license.
11. Authorize the application of Michael
C. Purcell for an auctioneer’s license.
12. Authorize the application of Michael
Roy for an auctioneer’s license.
13. Authorize the application of Dennis

a motion to go into non-public session to discuss matters under RSA 91-A,
specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of
individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the
Board.
17. Authorize
a motion to come out of non-public session.
18. Authorize whether or not to move forward on a complaint
made by Dwight K. Stowell Jr.
19. Authorize,
based on the investigation and report of Jay T. St. Jean, whether or not to
move forward on a complaint made by Bill & Linda Kennedy. (Originally brought before the Board on 8/1/11).
20. Authorize,
based on the investigation and report of Russell R. Abbott, whether or not to
move forward on a complaint made by Joe DiGregorio. (Originally
brought before the Board on 8/1/11).
