BOARD OF AUCTIONEERS AGENDA

1. Call to order the public meeting of the NH Board of Auctioneers with a Roll Call of members present.

2. Authorize the public session minutes of February 8, 2010.

3. 9:15 a.m. – Authorize a motion to go into non-public session to meet with counsel and to discuss matters under RSA 91-A, specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the Board.

4. Authorize a motion to come out of non-public session.

5. 10:00 a.m. - Draper Auction Academy is requesting approval for their proposed auction school - Mr. Ron Draper will present an overview of the licensing curriculum for Draper Auction Academy.

6. Authorize the application of Frederick C. Brennan for an auctioneer’s license.

7. Authorize the application of Linda Carrion for an auctioneer’s license.

8. Authorize the application of Roland J. Draper III for an auctioneer’s license.

9. Authorize the application of Patrick R. Gecoya for an auctioneer’s license.

10. Authorize the application of Graham J. Helmich for an auctioneer’s license.

11. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Richard C. Berman, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Wayne Punt.

12. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Jay T. St. Jean, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by William J. Noonan.

13. Election Day: As of today’s date the board member terms are as follows:

Devin E. Moisan – November 21, 2001 to March 1, 2011 (Ends the 2^nd Consecutive Term)

Richard C Berman - April 20, 2005 to March 1, 2014 (Ends the 2^nd Consecutive Term)

Ashton E. Welch - June 7, 2006 to March 1, 2011

Jay T. St. Jean – May 2, 2007 to March 1, 2012

Frank L. Eaton – March 5, 2008 to March 1, 2013
