1. Call to order the public meeting of the NH Board of Auctioneers with a Roll Call of members present.

2. Authorize the Public Session minutes of February 4, 2013.

3. Authorize the application of Jason M. Benware for an auctioneer’s license.

4. Authorize the application of David Comley for an auctioneer’s license.

5. Authorize the application of Kathy-Jean Lavoie for an auctioneer’s license.

6. Authorize the application of Stephan J. Miranti for an auctioneer’s license.

7. Authorize the application of John B. O’Keefe for an auctioneer’s license.

8. Authorize the application of Dennis E. Prescott for an auctioneer’s license.

9. Authorize the application of Joshua C. Reynolds for an auctioneer’s license.

10. Discussion: The Board will discuss rules.

11. Authorize a motion to go into non-public session to discuss matters under RSA 91-A, specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the Board.

12. Authorize a motion to come out of non-public session.

13. 9:45 – The New England School of Auctioneering would like to meet with the Board to discuss school material as well as concern over rules, definitions, and continuing education.
