TABLED The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Sununu, and with Councilor St. Hilaire voting no, tabled the request of the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source contract with Greene & Russell, Inc., Concord, for a total price not to exceed $223,225, for the Regional Training Institute and Barracks Facility in Pembroke. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds.

Authorized to enter into a contract with Robert Half International, Manchester, for temporary data entry services in an amount not to exceed $117,000 to commence upon the date of G&C approval and extend up to 20 consecutive weeks, beginning on or about Nov. 15, 2012 to April 11, 2013. 100% General Funds.
