#93 Authorized Bureau of Right of Way’s petition for a hearing on reconstruction of NH Route 123 beginning at the crossing of Warren Brook just downstream of Lake Warren dam and continuing approximately 4 miles west to Murphy Hill Rd. A commission should be appointed to hold a hearing, and, if the necessity is found, to layout the highway at this location with a suggested budget of $6,112.50.
#94 Authorized Bureau of Right of Way’s petition for a hearing on the construction of a park and ride facility on Indian Brook Drive just west of Exit 9 on the Spaulding Turnpike. A commission should be appointed to hold a hearing, and, if the necessity is found, to layout the new facility at this location with a suggested budget of $722.50.

of the pre-existing docking facility on properties having 639 feet of frontage
on property located at Lake Winnipesaukee in
Laconia. This project is a modification
of a major docking facility.
