GOVERNOR AND EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES

The Governor and Executive Council convened at 11:00 a.m. with all members present.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY

The Governor and Council acted as follows:

#1 Authorized to award a grant to Coos County, West Stewartstown, NH, in the amount of $500,000 for the purpose of assisting a private firm, Fraser NH LLC, in reducing costs and retaining jobs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2010. 100% Federal Funds.

#2 Authorized to award a grant to the Town of Gorham, NH, in the amount of $500,000 for the purpose of assisting a private firm, Fraser NH LLC, in reducing costs and retaining jobs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2010. 100% Federal Funds.

Next Governor and Executive Council meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wentworth Coolidge Mansion, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
