- yes, voted to approve the request to enter into a contract with the Local
Government Center Health Trust LLC, Concord, NH, to administer the prescription
drug benefit provided to state employees and retirees, for an amount estimated
to be $467,313.97. Effective

NH LOTTERY COMMISSION
#137 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wieczorek, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli,
voted to approve the request to reclassify position #18353 Chief Security Officer
(salary grade 16) to Program Specialist II (salary grade 21).
The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Hollingworth, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli
voted to remove item #173 - which was tabled at the May 16, 2007 Meeting
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION
#173 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Hollingworth, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli,
voted to approve as amended, the request of the Bureau of Rail & Transit to
enter into a retroactive lease
agreement with Grouse Point Club Community Association, Meredith, NH, for a
parcel of land on the State-owned Concord to Lincoln Railroad Line in Meredith
for $2,500 per year. Effective
