for addressing shortfalls in utilities expenses incurred by the Department of

#70 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wieczorek, seconded by Councilor Burton authorized the request to make a retroactive unencumbered payment to Control Technologies, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $1,262.94 for the repair and replacement of a hot water pump in the administrative wing of the training facility in Concord, NH.
