HIGHWAY SAFETY AGENCY

#22 Authorized to accept and expend $33,037.73 in federal
highway safety funds from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
for the development and implementation of a statewide safety program. Effective upon G&C

#23 Authorized to enter into a sole source contractual agreement with the NH Fisher Cats baseball
team to coordinate a highway-safety related advertisement campaign during the
2006 season home games in the amount of $16,000. Effective upon G&C

PUBLIC UTILTIES COMMISSION
#25 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Griffin,
seconded by Councilor Spaulding authorized the request of intervenor
compensation by the NH Public Interest Research Group in the amount of
$10,000. This compensation would be
payable to the NH Public Interest Research Group directly from Public Service
Company of NH, Granite State Electric Systems at $2,500 each.
