purpose of assisting in the retention of jobs, and of a unique manufacturing

#10 Authorized to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Arch Equipment and Repair of
Bow, NH, for the purpose of performing repairs to the dump truck used at the

ATTORNEY GENERAL
#20A The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Pignatelli, seconded by Councilor Spaulding authorized the
request the approval be, and it hereby is, given to the Attorney General to
nominate Elizabeth A, Dunn to serve on the NH Victims’ Assistance
Commission. Ms. Dunn’s term will be for
three years from G&C approval.

#21 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Burton,
seconded by Councilor Wieczorek authorized the
request to budget and expend prior year Consumer Credit Administration funds,
fees, and fines, in the amount of $112,748 to provide funding for operational
