criminal justice’s response in the handling of actual or suspected cases of

DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
#42 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Griffin,
seconded by Councilor Wieczorek authorized the
request to accept and expend retroactive
federal funds of $464,305 from the US Department of Labor’s Senior
Community Service Employment Program, to support project that provide gainful,
part-time community service employment, training opportunities, and
unsubsidized employment for persons with low income who are 55 years of age or

donation of a rescue sled for the lifeguard operation at
#68 Authorized Design, Development, and Maintenance to reclassify position #18738, Design Drafter II, salary grade 20, to the Public Works Manager II, salary grade 24. 55% Park, 45% General Funds.
#69 Authorized Trails Bureau to enter into a Lease Agreement
with Bickford’s Sport Center, Epsom, NH, for a two year lease of 8 snowmobiles
in the amount not to exceed $32,300.

$988,000 Federal grant and assign the grant directly to The Society for the
