Effective upon G&C approval. 80% Federal, 20% State Highway Funds.
#96A AMENDED - The Governor and Council unanimously approved an amendment proposed by Councilor Hollingworth, seconded by Councilor Shea as follows: Authorize to increase the rate of tolls at Hooksett, Bedford, Dover, and Rochester Mainline Tolls and the Hampton Side Tolls by 25 cents for single rear tire vehicles (classes 1-4) and by 50 cents for dual rear tire vehicles (classes 5-12). (2) Further authorized to increase the I-95 toll 50 cents for single rear tire vehicles (classes 1-4) and $1.00 for dual rear tire vehicles (classes 5-12) in accordance with RSA 237:9 and RSA 237:40. Effective at 12:01 a.m. on October 22, 2007.
