#2 Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Gorham, NH, in the amount of $500,000 for the purpose of assisting a private firm, Fraser NH LLC, in reducing costs and retaining jobs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2010. 100% Federal Funds.
