#24C TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Hollingworth, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli, voted to table the request to enter into a contract with the Local Government Center Health Trust LLC, Concord, NH, to administer the prescription drug benefit provided to state employees and retirees, for an amount estimated to be $467,313.97. Effective July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009.

#137 TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wieczorek, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli, voted to table the request to reclassify position #18353 Chief Security Officer (salary grade 16) to Program Specialist II (salary grade 21).

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION (Tabled 5-16-07)

#173 TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Hollingworth, seconded by Councilor Pignatelli, voted to table the request of the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Grouse Point Club Community Association, Meredith, NH, for a parcel of land on the State-owned Concord to Lincoln Railroad Line in Meredith for $2,500 per year. Effective February 1, 2006 through May 15, 2012.
