BUSINESS FINANCE AUTHORITY
#1 Authorize
to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of an
industrial facility by the Business Finance Authority for Liberty Cellu Drive LLC located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Action
will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the financing will serve a public use,
provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
#2 Authorize
to hold a Public Hearing to approve an award of a State Guarantee
under RSA 162-A:13-a with respect to a loan from
Kennebunk Savings Bank to New J-Pac, LLC and New Doyen Medipharm,
LLC located in Somersworth, New Hampshire. Action will authorize a Resolution
under RSA 162-A:18 to
determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is
within the policy and authority of the Act.
OFFICE OF THE ADJUTANT GENERAL
#3 Authorize the individuals as detailed in letter dated December
6, 2010, to be commissioned as Aide-de-Camp to the Governor.
DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY
#4 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Temple for
emergency preparedness capabilities enhancements for a total amount of
$37,500. Effective
upon G&C approval through September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#5 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Plymouth, to update
the Town’s Emergency Operations Plan, for a total amount of $5,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#6 Authorize
the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant
agreement with Volunteer NH!, for emergency
preparedness capabilities enhancements in the amount of $25,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#7 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management
to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Milford to update their
emergency preparedness capabilities for a total amount of $6,972.50. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#8 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Hampton Falls, to
purchase traffic control equipment for the town’s emergency operations center
for a total amount of $5,479.45. Effective upon G&C approval through
September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#9 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Goffstown, to
purchase equipment to upgrade their community wide communication system, for a
total amount of $96,339. Effective upon G&C approval through
September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
#10 Authorize
the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a
grant agreement with the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties
Inc., to be used for recovery activities associated with the February 2010
Rain/Wind event, for $25,000. Effective upon G&C approval through
September 30, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
