TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Sununu, and with Councilor St. Hilaire voting no, tabled the request of the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source contract with Greene & Russell, Inc., Concord, for a total price not to exceed $223,225, for the Regional Training Institute and Barracks Facility in Pembroke. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds.
