
RSA 311-B11 authorizes the Board of Auctioneers to revoke or suspend an auctioneer’s license for one or more of the following grounds; failure to meet the qualifications contained in RSA Chapter 311-B; acts of bad faith or misrepresentation resulting in conviction in a court of law; unethical conduct which in the judgment of the board is reprehensible and against public welfare and protection; conducting an auction sale for another without notice having been published or posted thereof and stating in such notice the name of the auctioneer conducting the sale. Licenses may also be suspended for failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the Board of Auctioneers, copies are available at the office of the Secretary of State. The Board of Auctioneers is not authorized to award monetary funds.
