BOARD OF AUCTIONEERS AGENDA

1. Call to order the public meeting of the NH Board of Auctioneers with a Roll Call of members present.

2. Authorize the public session minutes of July 12, 2010.

3. 9:15 a.m. – Shannon Pruett will present an overview of their “Penny Auction” type website business, to be sure that they are not in violation of RSA 311-B.

4. Authorize the application of William J. Firestone for an auctioneer’s license.

5. Authorize the application of Daniel F. Horan for an auctioneer’s license.

6. Authorize the application of Jason A Shechtman for an auctioneer’s license.

7. Authorize the application of David Watkins for an auctioneer’s license.

8. Authorize the annual renewal application of Patricia Jones with pending complaint in the State of NY.

9. Authorize the annual renewal application of James Julia with violation of License Law in the State of Maine.

10. Authorize the annual renewal application of Bruce Sayer with violation of License Law in the State of Georgia.

11. Authorize to remove from the TABLE for discussion – the complaint made by Edward Millman.

12. Authorize to remove from the TABLE for discussion – the complaint received from Menard S. Schwartz. The Board tabled this complaint on July 12, 2010 for consultation with the Attorney General’s office.

13. Authorize a motion to go into non-public session to discuss matters under RSA 91-A, specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the Board.

14. Authorize a motion to come out of non-public session.

15. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Richard C. Berman, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Rory Nolan.

16. Authorize, based on the findings of an investigation by Jay T. St. Jean, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Edward Millman.

17. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Frank L. Eaton, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Dan Colon.

18. Authorize whether or not to move forward on the complaint received from Menard S. Schwartz.

19. Further business.
