1. Call to order the public meeting of the NH Board of Auctioneers with a Roll Call of members present.

2. Authorize the Public Session minutes of July 11, 2011.

3. Authorize the application of Richard D. Basinger for an auctioneer’s license.

4. Authorize the application of Colleen M. Carr for an auctioneer’s license.

5. Authorize the application of Pauline M. Carr for an auctioneer’s license.

6. Authorize the application of Nancy Freni for an auctioneer’s license.

7. Authorize the application of Conrad J. Kelleher for an auctioneer’s license.

8. Authorize the application of Justin J. Manning for an auctioneer’s license.

9. Authorize the application of Daniel K. Matthews for an auctioneer’s license.

10. Authorize the application of Thomas L. Williams for an auctioneer’s license.

11. Authorize a motion to go into non-public session to discuss matters under RSA 91-A, specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the Board.

12. Authorize a motion to come out of non-public session.

13. Authorize whether or not to move forward on a complaint made by Bill & Linda Kennedy.

14. Authorize whether or not to move forward on a complaint made by Joe DiGregorio.

15. Further business.
