BOARD OF AUCTIONEERS AGENDA

1. Call to order the public meeting of the NH Board of Auctioneers with a Roll Call of members present.

2. Authorize the public session minutes of February 14, 2011.

3. Authorize the application of Deborah A. Dias for an auctioneer’s license.

4. Authorize the application of Hariklia Ververidis for an auctioneer’s license.

5. Authorize to remove from the table, for discussion, the complaint made by Elliott Morehardt.

6. Authorize to remove from the table, for discussion, the complaint made by Londa Lee Jericho.

7. Authorize a motion to go into non-public session to discuss matters under RSA 91-A, specifically, matters which would likely adversely affect the privacy of individuals and or matters in which litigation has been threatened against the Board.

8. Authorize a motion to come out of non-public session.

8. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Richard C. Berman, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Elliott Morehardt.

9. Authorize based on the findings of an investigation by Richard C. Berman, whether or not to take further actions regarding the complaint made by Londa Lee Jericho.

10. Authorize whether or not to move forward on a complaint made by Joseph Shelton.

11. Authorize whether or not to move forward on a complaint made by Howard J. Guyotte.

12. Election Day: As of today’s date the board member terms are as follows:

Devin E. Moisan – November 21, 2001 to March 1, 2011 (Ends the 2^nd Consecutive Term)

Richard C Berman - April 20, 2005 to March 1, 2014 (Ends the 2^nd Consecutive Term)

Jay T. St. Jean – May 2, 2007 to March 1, 2012

Frank L. Eaton – March 5, 2008 to March 1, 2013
