2. Authorize the public session minutes of October 5, 2009.

3. Authorize the email session minutes of October 21, 2009.

4. Authorize the application of Paul Boudreau for an auctioneer’s license.

5. Authorize the application of Amanda Cloherty for an auctioneer’s license.

6. Authorize the application of Sean Paine for an auctioneer’s license.

7. Authorize the application of Rod Sanders for an auctioneer’s license.

8. Authorize discussion regarding approval of Draper Auction Academy requesting recognition for licensing acceptance.

ROLL CALL VOTE TO GET INTO NONPUBLIC SESSION TO DISCUSS MATTERS UNDER RSA 91-A, SPECIFICALLY, MATTERS WHICH WOULD LIKELY ADVERSELY AFFECT THE PRIVACY OF INDIVIDUALS AND OR MATTERS IN WHICH LITIGATION HAS BEEN THREATENED AGAINST THE BOARD.
