The Board of Auctioneers is currently undergoing the lengthy process of rewriting the Administrative Rules to accompany the new laws effective January 1, 2011. During this time, the Board will continue to operate under the current rules, with the addition of the use of Chapter 800 of the Department of Justice's rules in reference to the Hearing Process.
